This policy applies to account users, organization administrators, team members, support contacts, and borrower-related information processed in the platform by our customers.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may process:

Account and identity data: name, email address, profile image, and login credentials.
Session and security data: session tokens, IP address, and user agent.
Organization data: organization profile, branch setup, role and member information, and invitations.
Borrower and guarantor data entered by customers: identity details, contact information, address, demographic and employment data.
Financial and operational data: loan, disbursement, repayment, portfolio, and ledger-related records.
Document and media data: uploaded files and metadata for KYC and loan attachments.
Audit and reliability data: activity logs, change metadata, and system health/processing telemetry.

3. How we use personal data

To provide, secure, and maintain the service.
To authenticate users and manage organization access control.
To process loan operations, repayment workflows, and reporting features.
To store and retrieve documents and media attached to borrowers and loans.
To send account, operational, and transactional communications.
To detect misuse, investigate incidents, and satisfy legal obligations.

We process data where needed for:

Performance of our contract with customers.
Legitimate business and security interests.
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Data sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers solely to operate the service, including:

Authentication and account management providers.
Cloud object storage providers for file/document storage.
Email delivery providers for transactional notifications.
Ledger and financial infrastructure integrations where enabled.

9. Customer role and borrower data

For borrower and guarantor records entered by a customer organization, the customer is generally the data controller and we act as a processor. Customers are responsible for obtaining lawful collection authority and providing required notices.
