Review the queue or history of approval items that need action or have already been resolved.
Approval requests is the place to check when a loan has been submitted for approval and staff need to know whether anything is blocking it.
Purpose
Use this page to inspect the approval workload and current state of submitted requests.
What to review
- Look for open requests that still need action.
- Confirm whether a recently submitted loan created an approval request.
- Use the request list to investigate why a loan has not moved into approved status.
Expected result
Staff can trace approval activity without guessing where an application became blocked.
Troubleshooting
- If the queue is empty but a loan should be awaiting approval, confirm the loan was actually submitted for approval.
- If the organization has no checker roles configured, approval requests may behave differently from a full maker-checker setup.
